Our BulletProof 6.0L round-style EGR cooler fits all 6.0L Fords made BEFORE 9/22/03. While the round style cooler from Ford is considered a decent EGR cooler, our part has significant improvements. These improvements include holding more than twice as much coolant, thicker cooling tubes and all-welded construction. When seeking an upgrade to the EGR cooler for your 2003 or early 2004 model 6.0L, this is it.

    • Year 2010 – 2012 exhaust manifolds need to be replaced with 2013+ manifolds due to the older manifolds releasing metal when getting hot, tearing up turbos.
    • Make sure you clean turbo feed line screens before installing our turbos.

    This GDI high pressure pump was developed to replace the Bosch OEM high pressure pump.

    • It delivers up to 63% more fuel flow when mounted on the same CAM-Lobe.
    • Maximum Fuel Pressure is 260bar / 3600psi (OEM 150bar/2150psi).
    • Tuning is REQUIRED to run this pump.
      • A revision for the HPFP is included with purchase if you already have our tuning.
