Description

Default Custom files available for 1999.5-2003 7.3’s with stock injectors for 6 position chips (any other custom files by request only):

  • Heavy Tow – Towing up to the trucks capacity but with better economy than stock
  • High Idle – Aids warm-up and running accessories with heavy electrical demand or better air conditioner performance in the summer time on long periods of idling
  • Tow/Economy – Gains about 40 HP over stock can usually tow up to 10,000 lbs but user should watch Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) on long hills if towing 7,000 lbs and above.
  • Street Muscle – Gains 80-100 HP over stock and runs about 1300 degrees max with an exhaust and intake installed
  • Street Fury – Good for extra passing power (must watch EGT) and sprints from stoplight to stoplight without belching tons of smoke
  • All Out – This file definitely smokes with a stab of the throttle but power gains over tune 5 depend on the condition of your High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) and its availability to produce enough volume to the injectors

    • Unlimited Tow – Since this file maintains stock fuel parameters, it can tow whatever you want while giving better shift firmness than stock.

    Bullet Proof Diesel Billet Water Pump, Ford 6.0L Diesel

    Need help with your production date? If you have a 2003 you are in the 2003-2004.25 production date. If you have a 2005 or newer, you have a 2004.25 and newer production date. If you have a 2004 model you need to check your VIN code to determine your production date. You might want to measure your impeller size before ordering to ensure the proper size and fitment.

    A sample VIN code is: 1FTRW21P2 4EB10150. In the middle of the VIN code, you see the digits “4EB”. The 4 means that it was a 2004 model year. The “E” denotes which production plant built your truck. In this case, E is for Kentucky. Lastly, the “B” is the start of the sequence number (the last 6 digits of the VIN). Some early 2004 models have a “4EA” code. The “A” denotes the early build and most likely is a 2003-2004.25 production date. A “B”, “C”, “D” or more all denote later model 2004 builds with 2004.25 and newer production dates.

    2. Fill out the tuning form after the order is complete with the new list of mods. (For vehicle strategy just enter in NA. We should already have it on file)
